Sermon Title: "The Demoralizing of America,"
by Rev. James T. Ross
Sermon Text: Mark 12: 13-17
Sermon Concept: These first two sermons of this month will deal with the question of what we owe God and what we owe our nation and how we keep these two things in vital balance. I will faithfully prepare on these issues and I hope that you will lift up my time of sermon preparation in your prayers and please pray for me before you come to the worship service.

Sermon Title: "From Stress to Strength."
by Rev. James T. Ross
Sermon Text: Philippians 4: 4-7
Sermon Concept: Worry is like blood pressure. You need a certain level to live but too high a level can hurt you. Many do not realize that worry like blood pressure can be regulated. One of the best ways to do this is to follow the advise of St. Paul in Philippians 4:4-7. This will be our consideration in this sermon.

Sermon Title: "The Weeds Among the Wheat—Watch Those Overreactions,"
by Rev. James T. Ross
Sermon Text: Matthew 13: 24-30
Sermon Concept: One of my favorite writers pointed out that much of the misery in the world today is caused by hasty overreactions. This sermon will deal with how we cope with that tendency to overreact. It will be a very practical and, I pray, very helpful sermon for the living of our days.
